I downloaded the plug-in and it did not work.I uninstalled my 64-bit Acrobat Pro DC, and the Acrobat Pro 2020 version was successfully installed. I found and downloaded the Acrobat Pro 2020 version which I assume would still be in 32-bit.I found your query today, and I thought if I find an installer for a 32-bit Acrobat Pro, it would resolve my issues and my 32-bit plugin will work.It is essential for me to get this plugin to work in my work computer so I wrote the makers of the plugin if they can provide a 64-bit version or another work-around all I have received is an automated response so far.Instead I got this notification that 32-bit plug-ins only works with 32- bit Acrobat software. When I tried to run my most used plugin (callas pdfGoHTML) the plugin did not install. No, I am not happy with the 64-bit at all.Australia, my location, is probably included in the 'selected geographies' where the 64-bit version has been rolled out. ![]() I noted that the Acrobat Pro DC I got is the 64-bit version.
